If I could give Steve 10 stars, I would. He wasn’t just our caterer—he was a partner in wedding magic. The fajita bar (steak, shrimp, chicken) was incredible, and guests are still talking about it.
But the details set him apart. He made sure everything was cilantro-free just for me and even made a custom chipotle sauce. Who does that? Steve.
He matched the food boxes to our rustic theme—seriously! He’s funny, kind, and truly listened. If you’re thinking of booking him, do it before someone else does.

Steve and Susanna Brice have been married for 20 years. Susanna has her doctorate in Education and has been an educator for the past 13 years. Steve is a trained/experienced chef for over 20 years. They have 3 beautiful, wonderful daughters, Mady (18), Ally (14), and Emie (9).
Steve has always had a passion to reach people through food. He loves to gather people together through fellowship and good food. His artistic ability to pull flavors together that has your pallet watering is a gift from God. After working in the culinary world for the last 20 years, the desire to spend more time with his family became a priority. Steve tried different avenues to look for work that allowed time with his family, but nothing worked out. It wasn’t until we had the absolute, pleasure to serve along side a wonderful ministry with our church, Fathom Family Foundation, one weekend, that God spoke to us. We were struggling with direction and the next steps. It was during this time of serving that God literally put a sign in our face that said, “look back and thank God, look forward and trust God”. Through lots of encouragement, prayer, and trust in God, we decided to move forward, trust God and where we felt him leading us, to begin Forward Faith Catering.
Our desire is to serve people in a multiple of ways, while filling bellies with homecooked meals, all while trusting the next steps God has planned for us.
